No Returns & No Refunds Policy
Thank you for supporting Bayaan. All our merchandise is produced in limited quantities, and therefore all T-shirt sales are final.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns on any T-shirt purchases.
This includes situations where:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size
- You no longer want the item
- Delivery was delayed by the courier
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
2. No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any completed orders, except in rare cases where:
- We cannot fulfill your order
- The item is out of stock after your purchase
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (PayFast).
3. Exchanges Only for Defective or Incorrect T-shirts
We only offer exchanges (not returns or refunds) if:
- The T-shirt you received is defective
- You received the wrong design, size, or color that you did not order
To qualify for an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
- Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
- The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
If approved, we will replace your item at no extra cost.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed because processing and printing begin immediately.
